Android 是個不錯的系統
只是相似規格機種之效能落後對手 iOS & Windows Phone
而 Android 系統的省電管理部分也一直是讓不少用戶煩惱的地方
這點能從目前備用電池, 行動電源 &其他充電設備熱賣的程度略知一二
但是在各廠商跟隨輕薄&大螢幕的風潮下
無疑是對 Android 陣營續航力的窘境雪上加霜
大螢幕 > 更耗電
高解析度 > 需要更多效能 > 更耗電
輕薄 > 電池體積也必須跟著輕薄 > 蓄電量更少
雖然有副廠如 MOMAX 對少數熱賣機種推出大容量電池
不過說實話 ~ 裝上去以後 ~ 只有 "醜" 一字可以形容
在電池技術尚且難有重大突破的現在
Motorola 不久前由美國 Verizon 推出的 Droid RAZR Maxx 將打破這個困境!
Droid RAZR Maxx 是目前全球市售機中的最薄王者 (不含區域限定機種)
僅 7.1mm 超薄的 Droid RAZR XT910 刀鋒的威X剛持久版
(雖然這個王位很快會被華為 Ascend P1 S 搶走)
這位與刀鋒哥相隔兩個月就誕生 & 同樣可算是相當纖薄的新競爭者
究竟值不值得讓重視續航力的各位多花 $3000 台幣購買水貨呢?
呵呵 ~ 那就請各位看官繼續看下去囉!
[ Design / 外型設計 ]
Droid RAZR Maxx (以下簡稱 Maxx) 的外型設計
其實看起來跟 RAZR 簡直一模一樣!
不信?
那您說說下圖哪一隻是 Maxx 哪一隻是 RAZR 啊!
是不是看起來都嘛一樣?
連相機, 實體按鍵, 連接埠, 耳機孔, HDMI 埠的位置&大小也都一樣呢!
Maxx 的外型還是跟 RAZR 一樣誘人
同樣有 Kevlar 碳纖維背蓋與 Gorilla 強化玻璃
並沒有因為 3300mAh 超大電池而讓身材徹底走樣變形
讓 Maxx 不論從正/反面看都還是一樣性感有型 & 堅固耐用
容納相機模組, 全機最厚的 Maxx 機身頂端維持與 RAZR 相同的 10.6mm
而從 7.1mm 小幅增加到 8.99mm 的腰圍 ~ 只有從側面看才看得出差異
而且這 1.9mm 的增幅不但毫不突兀, 反而增加了握持的手感
大幅減低 RAZR 頭重腳輕的特殊比例所帶來的負面影響
即便腰圍增加到 8.99mm & 體重增加到 145g
Maxx 仍然比 iPhone 4S 9.3mm & Galaxy Nexus 9.4mm 還要纖細
在這裡就浮現了一個非常需要各大廠商重視的關鍵要素
RAZR Maxx 跟 Samsung/Google 旗艦機種 Galaxy Nexus 相比
不但更輕更薄, 而且電池容量也是 3300/1850 的近乎 1.8 倍!!
由此可知 ~ Android 機種並非做不到兼顧輕薄 &令人滿意的續航力!!!
Motorola 可以, 相信
歸屬國不定的HTC以及其他世界大廠 SONY, Samsung, etc 也可以做到 ~ 只是願不願意做罷了
[ Battery Life / 持久電力 ]
RAZR 刀鋒機的印度神油持久版 RAZR Maxx
其 3300mAh 超大電池所帶來的續航力只有一個字可以形容 ~ 爽!!!
Maxx 在實際開啟 3G 連線的情況下持續觀看影片
遠遠超過 iPad 2 & iPhone 4S 的官方帳面數據 10 小時
達到 RAZR 僅能苦撐 9 小時的近乎兩倍時間 ~ 16.5 小時
另外 3G 通話時間的官方數據則有 1290 分鐘
是另一隻內建 2500mAh 大電池 Galaxy Note 的近 1.6 倍
以實際生活內的中度使用者來說
RAZR Maxx 撐滿 48 小時絕對不是問題!
即使是重度用戶也不必再每天多帶行動電源了!!
[ Difference / 其他差異 ]
RAZR Maxx & RAZR 兩者的差異
當然主要就是電池容量, 續航力, 體積, 重量, 以及握持手感
那其他軟硬體各項細節是否也有小小的 upgrade 升級呢?
嗯....................
答案是.....................
很遺憾地 ~ 沒有 !!!!!
就如同先前提及過的
外觀上除了機身最薄處之厚度
Maxx & RAZR 各個按鍵&輸出入埠都一模一樣
1.2GHz TI 雙核心 CPU, 1GB RAM, 相機, 韌體
以及飽受批評的 PenTile qHD 螢幕與不可換電池
就連換頁/滾動操作的些微頓挫感也都是一模沒有兩樣...
雖然對於許多人而言
能替換備用電池可以帶來安全感
不過因為 Maxx 具備超長的待機能力
不可換電池這點似乎就變得沒那麼重要了...
然後由於 Droid RAZR 不能替換電池
所以 RAZR 的持久版才會以 RAZR Maxx 的名義誕生
而不是以原本的 RAZR 再選配大電池+電池蓋配件的型態販售
因此如果各位想更了解 Droid RAZR Maxx 的內涵

Droid RAZR Maxx 沒在台灣正式上市有優點也有缺點
