太陽勇者為1991年日本Sunrise（日昇）動畫公司的勇者系列第2作，在台灣於1996年由台視播出。當時接續之前勇者傳說的人氣，所推出的食玩／盒玩模型也算常見。主角為金屬人造人－火鳥勇太郎，在接受宇宙勇者「宇宙警備隊」的幫助下，對抗自稱為宇宙皇帝的邪惡能源生命體－德萊亞斯。<br /> <a 首先分享Kabaya於2014年出的新版旋風火鳥號可變食玩，整體比例比舊版好看，外型更貼近動畫。
1.火鳥號（Fighbird）
〔載具型態〕火焰噴射機（Fire Jet）
2.火風號（Flame Blaster）
〔載具型態〕噴射機
〔模型介紹〕火鳥勇太郎先與火焰噴射機合體變成火鳥號，再與火風號進行「武裝合體」成為旋風火鳥號（Armed Fighbird）。
舊版旋風火鳥號可變食玩有兩款（網圖）
3.旋風雷鳥號（Jet Granbird）
〔載具型態〕太空梭＋噴射機
〔模型介紹〕火焰太空梭（Fire Shuttle）與旋風噴射機（Blaster Jet）進行「噴射合體」成為旋風雷鳥號，此為老食玩無法分體變形。
可惜新舊版Kabaya食玩都沒有可合體的巨大火鳥號（Great Fighbird）
第二組宇宙警備隊－男爵隊伍（Team Baron），可合體成為雷霆男爵（Thunder Baron）／五行戰士。此版老食玩可能因尺寸過小，無法各別變成機器人。
4.王牌男爵（Earth Baron）→雷霆男爵的頭與軀幹
〔載具型態〕坦克
5.鑽頭男爵（Drill Baron）→雷霆男爵的左手
〔載具型態〕鑽地車
6.搭載男爵（Load Baron）→雷霆男爵的右手
〔載具型態〕貨櫃車
7.潛水男爵（Aqua Baron）→雷霆男爵的右腳

〔模型介紹〕男爵隊伍可進行五體合體成為雷霆噴射機（Thunder Jet），同時也是必殺武器Gatherway Blaster。亦可合體成為雷霆男爵（Thunder Baron），肩砲非常帥氣，可惜老食玩的通病就是可動性極差。
9.德萊亞斯（Draias）
〔載具型態〕噴射機
